Steve Pogorzelski – CEO

Steve Pogerzelski joined ClickFuel as CEO in January 2009. As CEO, Steve is responsible for managing daily operations in accordance to the strategic direction established for the company and overseeing all of the sales efforts.

Prior to ClickFuel, Steve was on the senior management team at Monster Worldwide – parent company of Monster.com – for ten years. During his tenure at Monster Worldwide, Steve served as President, Group President- International and EVP of Global Sales. While at Monster Worldwide, he was instrumental in shepherding the company into over fifty countries around the world and building it into a 5,000 employee enterprise with annual global revenues over $1 billion.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Steve co-authored the book “Finding Keepers,” published by McGraw-Hill in 2008. He also currently sits on the boards of Morgan Goodwill Industries, Helium.com, Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and the University of Wisconsin Letters & Science Board of Visitors.

ClickFuel Founder Colby WestColby West – Founder

A chronic entrepreneur with resume successes including forays into real estate development, master carpentry and landscaping, Colby found ClickFuel following a leadership role at AuctionPal.

Colby started ClickFuel based on his belief that three things are important to small and mid-sized businesses when it comes to marketing: the ability to track results, the ease of use, and affordability. At ClickFuel, he is responsible for building strategic partnerships that will help strengthen and expand ClickFuel’s ability to position itself as a leading marketing consultant for small and mid-sized businesses. Colby also collaborates with sales, product and marketing on key strategic initiatives for the company.

ClickFuel CTO Brian FarreyBrian Farrey – Chief Technology & Product Officer

As Chief Technology & Product Officer, Brian manages the strategic direction and development of the ClickFuel product roadmap.
Before his role at ClickFuel, Brian was CTO of Namemedia, Inc – a successful industry leader in the Direct Search and Marketplace for Premium Domain Names. Products developed focused on SEO, SEM and included major partnerships with Google and Yahoo. Prior to Namemedia, Brian was the President of Monster Technologies for Monster Worldwide. While leading Monster’s technology strategy and operations over a period of almost eight years, Brian oversaw a team of more than 750 technology professionals across twenty countries, launched dozens of new products, integrated a series of acquisitions and developed an R&D center to drive the company’s technology innovation.

Brian holds a BA from Rochester Institute of Technology, an MS in Computer Science from Worcester State College and completed the Stanford University Executive Program. He was also recognized by ComputerWorld as one of the country’s Top 100 CIOs and by Infoworld as one of the Top 25 Most Influential CTOs.

ClickFuel CTO-COO Rob HayesRob Hayes -Chief Financial and Operations Officer

Rob Hayes joined the ClickFuel management team as the COO / CFO for ClickFuel.  Rob brings over 16 years of financial and operational experience and is responsible for the financial  and daily operations at ClickFuel, as well as Human Resources.

Rob comes from Monster Worldwide, where he spent the last five years.   Most recently he was the VP of Global Sales – Finance at Monster where he was responsible for driving overall sales strategy and coordinating the global go-to-market strategy. During the prior four years at Monster he was responsible for strategic planning and developing execution plans to help grow the North American market with a heavy emphasis on the SMB space.

Rob holds a BA in Economics from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a MBA  from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

ClickFuel VP of Marketing Denise CautelaDenise Cautela, VP of Marketing

With nearly 15 years of experience in a wide range of strategic marketing and communication roles, Denise joined the ClickFuel management team as the VP of Marketing in June 2009. A multiple award winning marketer, Denise is responsible for building out the ClickFuel brand, generating new business and strategically supporting the channel and direct sales efforts at ClickFuel.

Before joining ClickFuel, Denise was with Monster Worldwide for more than five years in a variety of leadership roles. Her most recent position was Sr. Director of Marketing, Emerging Markets, where she successfully launched the Monster brand in multiple emerging markets around the globe. Denise also helped build local teams for Monster in Turkey, Russia, Mexico and Brazil. Prior to Emerging Markets, she managed multiple marketing groups for Monster North America including the Healthcare segment and Enterprise sales channel.

Denise holds a BA in English/Journalism from Framingham State College.
